The Multi-Talent Ecosystem Method™ (MTEM™) is a 90-day live boutique transformation program for multi-talented founders at Stage 0, Stage 1, or Stage 2 of their personal brand and business development. The Program is delivered in a cohort format with a strict maximum of fifteen (15) Participants per cycle.
The Founding Cohort includes the following deliverables:
The Program is structured around two implementation routes: the Ground-Up Route (Stage 0) and the Foundation Route (Stage 1). Route assignment is confirmed during onboarding following acceptance into the Program.
MTEM™ is a building program — not a learning program. Success is measured by deliverables produced, not content consumed. Every session yields specific, documented outputs. Every four weeks, a defined milestone checkpoint is reached. Participants who do not complete assignments, attend sessions, or engage actively do so at their own risk and may not achieve the stated program outcomes.
Enrollment in the Program is by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Company holds the sole and absolute right to accept or decline any application at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for any decision made.
To be eligible, you must:
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment — or the first agreed installment where a written payment plan has been expressly offered by the Company. The Company reserves the right to remove a Participant from the Program, without refund, if any eligibility representation is found to be materially false or misleading.
Founding Cohort Pricing — June 1, 2026:
All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD). The applicable price is determined by the date and time the Participant's payment is received and confirmed — not by the date an inquiry or application is submitted.
Payment Method: Payment is made exclusively by international bank transfer to the Company's designated bank account. Bank transfer details are communicated privately to accepted applicants following confirmation of their application. The Participant's place in the cohort is secured only once payment has been received in full and confirmed by the Company.
All bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, and any associated transaction costs are the sole responsibility of the Participant. The Company must receive the full net invoice amount; any shortfall attributable to transfer fees shall be settled by the Participant before Program access is granted.
Payment Plan Policy: Where a payment plan is offered and confirmed in writing by the Company, all installments become due on their scheduled dates regardless of the Participant's attendance, progress, or satisfaction with the Program to that point. Failure to complete scheduled installments does not entitle the Participant to continued Program access and does not release the Participant from the remaining financial obligation. Outstanding balances will be pursued by all lawful means available to the Company.
This Program is sold on a strictly no-refund basis. All sales are final. By completing payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that no refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer of payment will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to a change of mind, change in personal or professional circumstances, failure to attend sessions, failure to complete assignments, lack of anticipated results, or dissatisfaction with any element of the Program.
This policy exists because enrollment in the Program permanently reserves one of a strictly limited fifteen (15) places in the cohort — displacing another qualified applicant who cannot be accommodated once the cohort is closed. The Company undertakes significant preparation, resource allocation, and personalized session design specific to each enrolled Participant from the moment enrollment is confirmed.
Cancellation by Participant: If you elect to withdraw at any point after payment is confirmed, no refund will be issued. Access to all Program sessions, materials, recordings, and WhatsApp channels will be revoked upon withdrawal, unless the Company determines otherwise at its sole discretion.
Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel the Program in extraordinary circumstances entirely beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, the Company will offer enrolled Participants either a credit toward a future cohort cycle or a pro-rated refund, at the Company's discretion. This constitutes the sole remedy available to Participants in the event of a Company-initiated cancellation.
Transfer of Place: Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. A Participant may not transfer their place to another individual without the Company's prior written consent. The Company reserves the right to decline any such request without providing a reason.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted this refund policy, and that you have not been misled regarding its existence or scope.
All Program Materials — including but not limited to the Multi-Talent Ecosystem Method™ framework, the MT Decoder™, the Multi-Talent Diagnostic Map™, the Multi-Talent Clarity Reset™, the Brand Spine Studio™, the Integration Flywheel™, the Signature Transformation™, all named archetypes, Methodology A (Inner Operating System), Methodology B (Outer Operating System), all session content and recordings, slide decks, templates, worksheets, written guides, AI tools, and any other materials created or distributed by the Company — are the exclusive intellectual property of Asia Astar Zafrani and V.ASIA, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Program Materials solely for your own individual business development purposes during and after the Program period.
You expressly agree that you will not:
Violation of these terms constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, legal action, and claims for damages — including lost profits and full legal costs.
Work product created by the Participant during the Program — such as their own Brand Spine, business model, or offer ecosystem — belongs to the Participant. The underlying frameworks and methodologies used to produce that work remain the exclusive property of the Company.
The Program operates in a small, intentionally intimate cohort environment — a deliberate design choice that enables deep, honest, and unguarded work. That intimacy carries a corresponding responsibility: what happens in the cohort stays in the cohort.
You agree to hold in strict confidence all personal, business, financial, and strategic information shared by fellow Participants, by the Company, and by any guest contributors during the Program. This obligation continues without limitation after the Program concludes, with no expiry.
"Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to: business strategies, financial data, client information, personal life circumstances, brand and product development plans, and any other information a reasonable person would understand to be private or sensitive.
Confidential Information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no breach of this Agreement, or that you can demonstrate you possessed independently of the Program.
Breach of this confidentiality obligation is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund, legal action, and liability for all damages caused by such breach.
The Program community — across live sessions, the WhatsApp group, and all related communications — is expected to operate at a level of professionalism, respect, and integrity that reflects the caliber of work being built inside it.
You agree at all times to:
The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Program immediately and without refund for conduct deemed disruptive, harmful, abusive, or inconsistent with these standards. What constitutes a violation rests entirely with the Company's judgment, and that judgment is final.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
If you do not wish to be named in any case study or testimonial context, you must notify the Company in writing at the time of providing the content. The Company will honor such requests on a commercially reasonable basis.
No income guarantees. No outcome guarantees. No exceptions.
The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that
your participation in the Program will result in any specific business outcome, revenue
figure, client acquisition, follower count, brand visibility, or any other measurable
result. Every outcome referenced in connection with the Program reflects the unique
circumstances, effort, resources, prior experience, and decisions of the specific individual
who achieved it. Your results will differ.
The Program equips you with frameworks, strategic clarity, and implementation support. What you do with those tools — and the results you generate — depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, judgment, market conditions, and numerous other factors outside the Company's control.
Testimonials, case studies, or results referenced in connection with the Program are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not a guarantee that any current or future Participant will achieve similar results.
You enroll with the understanding that business development involves inherent risk, and that the Company bears no responsibility for any business, financial, or personal decisions made in connection with or as a result of your participation in the Program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company — including Asia Astar Zafrani, V.ASIA, and any agents, employees, guest contributors, or representatives — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or the Company was advised of their possibility.
This limitation applies without restriction to:
In all cases, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any Participant — for any claim of any kind arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program — shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Participant for the current Program cycle.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of liability. Where such restrictions apply, the Company's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, adjust, or enhance any aspect of the Program at its sole discretion — including session scheduling, curriculum content, guest contributors, delivery platforms, and supplementary materials.
Such modifications may be made in response to emerging information, logistical requirements, Participant feedback, force majeure events, or the Company's professional judgment about what will best serve the cohort's outcomes. Modifications that do not materially reduce the core Program deliverables set out in Section 2 do not constitute a breach of this Agreement and do not entitle any Participant to a refund or reduction in Program fees.
Where a scheduled session must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, the Company will provide Participants with advance notice and will reschedule the session at the earliest practicable opportunity. A rescheduled session does not constitute a cancellation of the Program.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Any material amendment will be communicated to enrolled Participants in writing. Continued participation following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Program is an educational and strategic mentoring program in the fields of personal brand development, business strategy, and entrepreneurial mindset. It does not constitute — and is not a substitute for — legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting services, psychological or therapeutic services, or medical advice of any kind.
All information, strategy, framework, or recommendation provided during the Program reflects the professional opinion and experience of Asia Astar Zafrani and any invited guest contributors, and is offered for general educational and strategic guidance purposes only.
You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and for consulting appropriately qualified professionals — including lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, and mental health professionals — before making any significant business, legal, financial, or personal decisions.
The Company bears no responsibility or liability for decisions made by a Participant as a result of Program content, whether implemented during or after the Program period.
By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the Company collecting, storing, and using your personal information — including your name, contact details, and Program-related communications — for the purposes of administering the Program, communicating with you about Program matters, processing payments, and (where you have separately consented) for marketing purposes.
The Company will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties except where required to do so by law, or where necessary to deliver the Program — for example, to banking institutions in connection with payment processing. Any third-party service providers engaged by the Company are bound to use your information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms of service. The Company shall not be liable for any data breaches or privacy violations attributable to third-party platforms used in connection with the Program.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Company by contacting us using the details in Section 17. The Company will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable Israeli privacy law, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program.
In the event of any dispute or claim, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice to the other party specifying the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought.
If good-faith negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. By enrolling in the Program, international Participants expressly consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Israel for the purposes of this Agreement, and waive any objection on grounds of inconvenient forum.
Waiver of Class Action: You expressly waive any right to bring, join, or participate in any class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding of any kind in connection with this Agreement or the Program. All disputes must be brought solely on an individual basis.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction — without first exhausting negotiation — to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary interests.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Program application and any payment confirmation issued by the Company, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, or agreements — oral or written — relating to its subject matter.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
No Waiver. The Company's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to enforce that or any other provision in the future. No waiver is effective unless made expressly in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.
Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any successor entity without your consent, provided such assignment does not materially affect Program delivery.
Force Majeure. The Company shall not be in breach of this Agreement, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, where such delay or failure arises from causes beyond the Company's reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic conditions, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, security situations affecting the State of Israel, or third-party platform outages.
Electronic Acceptance. By submitting payment for the Program, you acknowledge that this Agreement is entered into electronically and that such acceptance carries the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature under applicable Israeli law.
Language. This Agreement is drafted in, and shall be interpreted and enforced in, the English language. Any translation provided is for convenience only and carries no legal force.
